D. United FC “Top Goal” Program - Monday, May 18, 2009

Initiated in the Fall of 2007, The United FC “Top Goal” Program was begun to reward, integrate, and promote our deserving athletes in a cross-team curriculum manner. Essentially, the Club’s directors, trainers, coaches and administration would like to bi-monthly meet with selected players from each team (revolving), from each age and gender, to highlight the mission and goals of our program. The underlining theme is for the players to take ownership, identify with key people on other teams, and began a leadership/followership role in the building and spreading of our mission within their individual teams. Athletes will now be directly involved and empowered in the advancement and identification of key areas set forth by United FC.

The Agenda for the first meeting is as follows:

-Call to order. Steve Domin, discussion of what the United FC “Top Goal” Program.
-Players introduction. Name, team, coach, manager
-Pizza and Beverages served
-Open discussion:
